Bryan mentioned sleep before midnight, why?

Why sleep before midnight? I know the theory but me personally I have been a night owl and super late chronotype all my life. Productive at night and so on..

Would a sleep lets say at 1/2 am as long as i get my 8h nlt be the same? (Underdtand if its too late like 4/5 am it can be damaging)

After my bulk i plan to lose around 8kg. My deficit is around 800kcal per day and i noticed since the start of my diet my HRV has been steadily increasing. Tonight it was at like 98 ms where my normal one is around 60.

What makes it increase my so much?

Edit: interesting to note is my HRV during the day seems to be higher too since i get much more „rest times“ and less stress even though my day to day is exactly the same (work, gym etc)

Somehow a caloric deficit makes my body to drastically increase HRV and make the ring daily feel like i am resting most of the day.
