Like many of you I assume, I've accumulated a fairly sizeable hot sauce collection. I prefer keeping all my sauces refrigerated for freshness, which means they end up in the basement/garage fridge. We like to do a "sauce your own" wing night, so we end up moving a bunch of sauces around to wherever we are eating which is kind of a pain. Does anyone have any creative solutions for storing or transporting ~12+ hot sauces that might fit in a fridge easily?
