Is my unused phone locked

I have an iPhone SE that I bought in 2022 and never opened the box (or activated obv). It would have been a 2 year commitment, but.. (stupid question) now that’s it been 4 years does that change anything?

ID help

These are from the Calvert Cliffs formation (Miocene). This was my first fossil hunting experience. Megalodon teeth have been found so of course that’s what I was hoping to find lol. Anyway, can someone help ID these? I don’t know if the triangular ones are teeth or something else entirely.
