Growing ecomm brand with around 35k profiles in Klaviyo. We’ve mostly been relying on Klaviyo’s native suppression and engagement-based smart sending. Deliverability has been okay but not great, so I’m wondering if there’s another layer we’re missing. I’ve seen some competitors talk about running external list cleaning on their Klaviyo databases, but I can’t tell if that’s actually useful or just overkill. Are we leaving performance on the table by sticking with what’s already built into Klaviyo?

We are running Monday plus Harvest plus FreshBooks at a 45-person creative agency doing branding, design, and some video. Each tool works fine on its own, but they don’t really talk to each other, so we usually don’t know whether a project is actually profitable until it’s already finished.

I am looking for creative agency project software that can bring project delivery, time tracking, and billing into one place. Creative work is pretty unpredictable, though. Scope changes, client feedback takes longer than expected, and deliverables can shift halfway through a project. Whatever we move to needs to be flexible enough to handle that instead of making things harder.

What are other creative agencies using? Especially interested in hearing from anyone who came from a similar multi-tool setup and can share how the switch actually went.
