Help - Stalled Weight Loss

Hi all - need some advice to continue my weight loss journey. Here are my stats / background using LoseIt app to track:

Male, 57, 6ft 1in
Current weight 216lbs - stalled going between 251.5 and 216.5 for 3 weeks, started at 222 April 3rd.
Average 9500 steps /day
Strength training 3x/wk - 2days with trainer following HIT, 3rd day on my own
Calories average 2000/day
Macros avg/day: protein 178g, net carbs 125g, fat 55g, fiber 44g
Water - 128oz/ day
Creatine 5g/day

Frustrated that weight loss has stalled any advice would be appreciated.
