Recently dropped my LDL from 160ish to 108 with the portfolio diet. About to start a low does of statin and got my APOB checked first (via a cardiologist). It was 120. I was surprised it was so high.
Any thoughts on that??

I am making the Awen sweater and it will be my first time seaming. I am using cascade 220 and am wondering if I can use a sport weight yarn of the same wool to do the seaming. It seems like it might be easier with skinnier yarn. … or is that a bad idea?
Also, I knit first and last stitch on each row (RS and WS). The second stitch is slipped on the wrong side and am guessing it is what will end up visible if I do mattress stitch. What is a good resource for me to get a handle on where to put the needle and pull the yarn through?
I have come across one beetle and one larvae in my apartment. I knit, and one was associated with my scrap yarn bag. I have frozen everything and going to heat stuff up in my car. Then I am focusing on safe storage.
Meanwhile, does this count as an infestation?
