Any advice on teaching adult Spanish learners?
Hello! As the title states, I'm looking for any helpful tips or advice to help me create a detailed plan to teach my SIL Spanish. I used to teach Spanish to young children and tutored 1 teenager when I was in college and it felt really easy because these kids would just absorb the material so well. Recently, my older sister in law (mid 30s) asked me to teach her Spanish so she can reconnect and communicate with her family. What's the best way to approach teaching Spanish to new adult learners who have only spoken English their entire life? Any textbook or resource recommendations would be great as well. I've used Vistas sixth edition as a supplementary guide for my teenage student. Thank you in advance.
