Work place wants to buy 325 stickers from me for an event

I’m having a hard time with pricing!

I normally sell my die-cut, vinyl, glossy laminated stickers for $3.99 each. They want 325 stickers from me for an event. At retail value, it would be around $1200 which I obviously will not do for bulk. How much would be reasonable to charge for 325 stickers?

Is $2.00/ sticker too much? Too little? That would be a 50% discount compared to retail. I am a one woman show, I have 1 printer, 1 cricut.. so it will definitely take me a while to complete! I have until October. Any advice and tips for pricing this would be helpful!

My work wants 325 stickers for an event in October

Hello, I am very new to owning my sticker business (Sticker Shift Co.), and my workplace just agreed to work with me for an event coming up. I created 5 sticker designs and they loved them all and said they would like 325 for the event and told me to let them know the cost estimate. I’m new to this bulk order pricing so please help!

I sell my individual stickers for $3.99 on my shop. Given this is a bulk order, here is my relative cost breakdown.

- $2.50 per sticker x 325 stickers = $812.50
- Labor and creative design: flat $300. I created these sticker designs solely for this event. I also run my business alone so all of the work is done by me with no help.
-My city tax rate which came out to $101.24

TOTAL PRICE: $1213.74

To me, this number sounds outrageous, however when I look at the break down, it makes complete sense to me. Does this sound legitimate? Are they going to tell me to kick rocks? I would love any and all help please!
