I m just asking because I want to lowk buy the game but confused about how to gameplay work

So as a civilian I want to yk get ready for the next veteran day to wear my grandfather medals . Anyways I want to know how do I wear sash medal, because as I remember if the medals were your family medals,you got to put it on the right chest. So yeah how do I wear it. (My English sucks cuz it like my third language)
