Round Rock Toyota - never again

Context: I've bought two trucks from them in the last 10 years.

They texted asking if I was interested in a new truck, and I said if they could meet or beat my current payment I'd be on the way in. Lots of back and forth of making sure they knew I wasn't coming in until numbers were agreed upon.

I got this text from one of their directors, so I made an appointment to go in. Within the first two sentences of them talking to me face to face, they said they couldn't do the deal.

Never buying from them again. If they do this to a two-time customer, what's keeping them from doing it to everyone?
