Christians say that God gave us free will to have a true relationship with him, and I agree that forcing someone to love you is not true love. However, christians also believe that god created everything: the universe itself, time, you name it, but that means that god created logic itself, the logic he created was that there needs to be suffering for there to be free will, so why didn't he create a logic where there can be no suffering while still having true love?
