lexapro doing nothing? i don't have any of the side effects either?

started taking lexapro a few months ago. 17 milligrams.

at first i thought it was making enough of a difference to keep using it. i do not feel less depressed, it hasn't given me any motivation. for example, i laid in bed all day today. i think it has regulated my mood somewhat? i think. i still have dark thoughts all the time, my mind still races and when i wake up in the morning i feel absolutely miserable. i think it has helped me with my depersonalization/derealization though so i think it is worth it for that.

at first i thought it helped me with my social anxiety a little, but now im back to feeling absolutely terrified at work every day so whatever.

i feel confused because i don't feel any of the side effects i constantly see people online talk about.

i don't sweat a lot. my AC sucks and my job is physically demanding, i don't feel like i sweat though.

i don't "feel nothing" like i see people talk about? for instance, i will see a tiktok where someone will have no reaction to something and the comments will always say "what dose of Lexapro are you on". i feel absolutely no different in that way. cannot relate to that at all.

i also hear that it's supposed to be impossible to cry on lexapro? i still cry every day lol, ive had absolutely no difference when it comes to the crying.

and lastly, i know youre not supposed to be able to orgasm on SSRIs as easily. ive tested it out for science and i see absolutely no difference as well.

i just think it's interesting, i feel like im not getting much out of lexapro at all and im not even experiencing any of the side effects. anyone else experience this?

how to incorporate geocaching into a bachelorette party

throwing a bachelorette weekend. it will be near a national park where we plan to hike. there will be geocaches and the bride loves geocaching. it's gonna be a large group of girls, 15-20 people.

obviously we will just look for geocaches as we hike. but im trying to think of some way to add a little pizzazz. i don't know if im making sense here lol, i don't even know what im asking 😂 most of the girls on the trip know what geocaching is (bc of the bride) but they don't do it themselves.

can anyone think of some way to turn regular geocaching into something bachelorette related? or put some kind of spin on it. i dunno lol
