Anyone else's trooper ride like an absolute dog on the road? Rubicon rear springs and KYB monomax shocks

Bumps are so stiff in this thing especially in the front end. Torsion bars are cranked for a 2.5"ish lift on 33x12.50r15. It rides so bad. Front sway bar removed too.

New lower control arm bushings too! Anyone have good luck with a different shock and HD torsion bars? it does have 329,000miles so maybe it's time to replace them. Thanks all
