Hi guys, I’ll be moving into a rental soon and it’s a duplex, the lot itself is fttp however when I am on the nbn website it can’t find my address as I put in the unit number.

I’ve got permission off the realestate/landlord to proceed with me getting nbn connected.

I keep seeing talk to your internet provider and I’ve contacted Telstra and Optus they said they are unable to set up anything. So where do I start ? What do I need to do. For the mean time I will be setting up starlink but really don’t want that to be a permanent solution.
