The Marriott just changed its name to the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach resort. I was wondering if anyone has been there recently and seeing how far they’ve gotten with the project to restore the beach. I know they were saying September and I’m just wondering if that is correct. I’m planning a visit for the end of November.

Ugh. Does anyone else have a muscle spasm in their collarbone and it feels like it goes into their neck. I’ve been dealing with a shoulder issue for a while now. I have no range of motion. My shoulder doesn’t feel frozen. When I use it sometimes it feels like lightning goes thru my arm.

I had an MRi which shows bursitis and a small labrum tear. Cortisone shots in bursa and AC joint. Nothing is helping.

Is this frozen shoulder???
