So stoked I ordered my first fender! I haven’t really played in a while and I just got back into it and I really wanted to get a green jazz master. I went with the MOD shop. Super excited to see what the 66 American vintage neck is like.

I’m looking to buy a Jazzmaster. What is considered the best option at the 2000-3000 dollar price range?
Full disclosure: I kinda stopped playing about 10 years ago but I want to get back to it. So I have no clue about what to look out for regarding new models.
Side note: does the American Vintage II 1966 Jazzmaster still have the quality control issues from a couple years ago?
