Planted three saplings in Sept ‘21, one made it and this year it finally fruited. They blew off in the tornado this week but I found them!

The tornado almost took my first paw paws. Incredibly sweet tasted like juicy fruit gum, no pineapple-y taste at all. From integration acres, not sure the breed.

Mignonette Pepper - Do you like Allspice in yours or not?

Mignonette pepper is usually a blend of black pepper, white pepper, coriander, (and sometimes allspice). I recently made some sans allspice but just got some allspice berries today. I've noticed some recipes/blends have it and other just the black/white/coriander. Is allspice more traditional? Can't seem to find anything online about the fine points of mignonette pepper, it's mostly mignonette sauce for oysters...
