next small touches will be red vinyl overlays on the GT symbols from badge skins
bought the car at 17k and noticed there is a bezel that “looks” like a screen protector and has slight chipping in one of the corners, with some marks underneath that look like possible delamination.
basically what i’m asking is if this is the laminate itself or a screen protector the previous owner might have put on?
picking her up on monday 😎 17k miles. really excited about it but slightly nervous about the clutch. going to be my first DCT and have been doing a lot of reading up on it, it seems some people hit 100k with no problems with the DCT whatsoever and some people run into problems pretty consistently. I live in atlanta and a good part of my commute is stop and go traffic, i know the whole leave gaps and accelerate until you engage the clutch mumbo jumbo and staying in first gear helps as well so the DCT isn’t consistently trying to engage second gear.
any more tips or inputs on things i should look out for? and am i being too paranoid about the DCT?
