Extracting planets' resources

Just watching Star Wars' original trilogy recap on YT. The Empire built vast array of military vehicles and 2 death stars in these films. But Star Wars shy away from destruction of planets caused by resources extractions, or just that the extraction technologies of these civilizations aren't that advanced to extract resources deep in the planet core, or to preserve the galaxy? Some other sci-fi have extracting resources down to the core that it destroyed planets, albeit not entirely human or aliens alone. Can planet be destroyed by resources extraction?

Why egg white break off when peeling after boiled?

Eggs are a day or 2 old, maybe 3. Room temperature all eggs and water. Put egg in water, fully submerged, bring water to a boil, and let it simmering for 16 minutes.

When done, immediately take out and cool down under running water( our water are around 25+°C) and, the 1 with visible yoke is peeled immediately when not hot to the touch. Yet not set white, so other 2 are dumped into boiling water for 5 minutes and repeat the cooling method i used. Yet not set firm enough. All 3 are peeled under running water to separate the membrane from egg whites. Why are egg whites stay soft?

Edit: Mind you, I want hard boiled eggs, firm egg whites and yokes. Not Soft egg whites that break off by the slightest of the touch.

If I want soft boils, I will just shock them in both boiling and cooling. And crack shell big enough for a teaspoon and eat straight from egg.

Some question that I am curious about. CarxStreet Mobile

I built some light cars before and they rarely paid off for me, although c2 touge club is kinda exemption. All cars now have power first and weight later built.

Why Rwd is quite annoying sometimes, like easily spun by the slightest of touch in corners in some oddball cases. Especially light Rwd like HS2.

Understeer is a thing to deal with in low to mid speed corners from time to time with RWD. Slightest of power make them spin mid corners as well.

I really anxious when racing speedline syndicates, i have quite a lot of cars raced there and Majority of RWD stress come from there. Any stable car recommendations for that club.

Not to mention anticipating traffic movements in older clubs sheer annoyances in slow cars, hence power first. To have margins if wrong.

Awd are a pain to drive apart from Ev6 Ev9. 33r is understeer bad enough but Jaq is really hate to turn under power, b8I is still hate to turn too.

I am not a race car driver but able to drive fast straight.

Rain or Snow? :in 1 digit temperature or nearly non stop throughout winter?

Do you guys prefer Snow or Rain in the winter? I believed this was asked before quite a while. The temperature has to be 1 digit or the rain or snow has to be falling about a third of all winter. No need to overlap the conditions, but can be. So Snow or Rain?

I ask so because I lived near sea prior and moved to Highland and during summer(rainy season) Rain is a lot but the sun was mostly behind clouds whereas sun is shining and rain is falling simultaneously. Winter is quite dry in both.

I kinda hate the rain now, maybe that's why I asking this question.
