threw up after 17 years

I've always been deathly afraid of throwing up and seeing/hearing others do it always gives me anxiety attacks, esp since I rarely have. However, my sisters and I went too crazy with the drinks yesterday for the fourth and I felt horrible nausea pretty quickly. I forgot what the feeling of throwing up was like and was nervous. My sisters were all around me making sure I was okay, and I threw up soon after. I was still pretty drunk so I didn't feel fazed. 3 hours later I had to a few more times and felt a lot better. It was really hard to do that while sobering up and being conscious. But I felt really safe doing it around them with bags instead of alone in the bathroom. Definitely learned the hard way and will not start concocting mixed drinks😭 I felt brave but I feel so guilty for exposing them to it. I flee immediately at the thought/sight/sound of someone throwing up! Anyway, I survived. I hope anyone who experiences this has the privilege of being around others, their presence makes it a lot more bearable especially as they talk you through it. I'm still pretty afraid of doing it again but once it's over it's over and constant nausea is a lot worse!

eczema worse

i’m on my second week of trimilli (combination pill) and im already feeling my skin being aggravated much easier than usual. Im wondering if anyone else with eczema experienced this because of the hormone changes and if your body/skin ever adjusted to it? My skin progressively has improved since daily antihistamines and the use of a nice rx lotion after showers (thats ALWAYS when the itching happens but it even got to the point of not happening anymore). However, since starting BC I itch whenever now and nothing seems to help and its like I’m back to square one… I know its the hormone changes too and idk if a different brand would make much of a difference. I’d still like to stick it out for the full 3 month trial period😔.

As the title says. I survived my very first transvaginal ultrasound a month ago, and in my experience having had so many doctor appointments within the last 3 months, they seriously overuse the word "pressure." The pain I felt during the ultrasound wasn't just pressure, I felt stinging sensations whenever the probe was being rotated!! Even when I had to get multiple blood tests, they said "you'll feel some pressure." It's not pressure! It's a stinging pain! So yeah given that, how can I brace myself other than for the insertion? Will there be any stinging or pinching pain? Will the speculum be sharp/painful? How does it feel when it expands inside?
