Renting in noida - suggestions needed

Hi everyone! My husband and I are planning to move to Noida soon and are currently looking for a society to rent a flat in. We both work from home, so good network connectivity and overall livability are really important for us. Commute isn’t a major factor since we have our own vehicle and only need to visit office occasionally.

So far, we’ve visited and shortlisted:

  1. Eldeco (Sector 150)
  2. ATS Pious Hideaways (Sector 150)
  3. Ace Divino

We’re specifically looking for relatively newer construction, and ideally a freshly built society, which is why Sector 150 is currently our top preference.

However, we do have a few concerns:
- Poor mobile network connectivity (especially Airtel) in Sector 150
- Lack of nearby daily convenience stores/markets/pharmacies compared to places like Ace Divino, which at least had a small market complex outside the society

Wanted to check with people living there:
- Is network connectivity generally poor across Sector 150, or is it mainly an Airtel issue?
- How inconvenient is daily life there in terms of groceries, medicines, deliveries, etc.?
- Would you recommend any other newer societies in Noida for rental living?

Would really appreciate any suggestions or firsthand experiences. Thanks a lot!

I'm looking to buy active wear and have seen a lot of ads for Tula Athleisure on Instagram. Has someone here tried their leggings or sports bras?
Also open to suggestions for other brands.
