Warranty team dead? I’ve submitted two warranty claims for failed waterproof mattress protector without response. Cat urine ruined my mattress.
Like it says above. Submitted warranty claims in April and May. No email response. Nothing in junk/spam folder. I call service line and they say “warranty is dealt with exclusively through email.” My mattress is ruined.
