I only know his first name, phone number and city where he lives. He is borderline suicidal and has went offline after being in severe distress and isnt answering calls/messages. I live in an another country and im very concerned how can i contact someone to check on him?

I use MacOS, i ran a cleaner app, and now my Roblox app doesn't open!
I tried reinstalling the app, deleting all the related files before reinstalling, rebooting my laptop, but nothing works!
Worst of all, there is no error message! Zero visual feedback! I cannot even understand what the problem is!
