Is a refund possible on the Switch 1? The performance is absolutely horrendous

I’m constantly freezing at new dialogues or entering new zones. Entering a battle takes forever too.

I’ve been really enjoying the gameplay and concept but if this is a typical experience on the Switch I just can’t do this. Wish I would’ve just bought it on my PC.
