Please help fix my setting form :)

Here is a minute of me setting from various places on the court at game speed.

Please give me advice on how to improve and try to be as specific as possible on ones that look good versus bad and exactly what I could do to correct any of my bad habit or reinforce any good ones (if I have any).

Only been playing for a few months so anything helps and I appreciate anyone who watches and gives feedback :)

EDIT: For clarity, despite what it looks like, I am not trying to jump set. I developed that weird hop habit when I felt like I wasn’t getting enough power behind my sets. Please point me to how to break this habit and what I could focus on to get that power without thinking I need to hop (form wise, not just wrist strength)

How do I get my friends “now playing” on my widget?

If I go into the app itself, now playing is always accurate (spotify). However, the home screen and lock screen widgets seem to lag a bunch and show songs they played minutes ago versus the song they’re actively playing. Is there a way to make the widgets show what they’re actually playing live?

I am attempting to teach myself setting for an adult league and am having trouble absorbing the balls momentum on a high pass or a bad pass at an angle.

Interestingly, if I do my own drills and self set myself high and then try to set against the wall I have no problem redirecting and absorbing the impact. Also, if I only set against the wall I also find myself being able to generate the force with mostly wrists. But, during in game scenarios I feel as if my form breaks down and it feels more like a slap than a smooth set even though my hands are far enough apart to get around the ball versus being completely behind it.

When I am absorbing the impact of the ball when first contacting the ball for a set what is doing most of the impact absorption? Is it all wrist with the elbows remaining completely locked? Is it a mixture of elbow bend and wrist? Is it some other combination?

I used to use a bit of elbow absorption but got nervous I was carrying. Also when I see videos it looks like people’s arms are completely still and their wrists/hands are doing all the work.

Any help would be super appreciated!
