TP-Link / Kasa Smart Power Strips have to reauthenticate once a week. Is there a fix to this or am I going to have to ditch TP-Link?
I know that they updated the firmware so that the 3rd party compatibility has to be cycled every now and then but it seems like my smart strips (HS300) have to be cycled and authenticated about once a week. I have 3 of them so it’s quite annoying. I’m seriously considering moving completely away from TP-Link but have too much money wrapped up in these. I don’t see regular complaints about this though so wondering if it’s something with my specific setup.
