Hello! I am a hand embroidery artist that loves creating hand embroidery portraits with mixed media. I just finished this piece for an event coming up and thought it would be fun to share in this subreddit. Inspired by the Ragdoll cat breed and of course the one and only Dolly Parton. Everything is hand embroidered and hand sewn including the crazy doll hair pieces and tassels. I hope you find her as wonderfully ridiculous as I do 😁

Introducing Ragdolly Parton! Just finished this diva for an event coming up in October and thought I would share here. Hand embroidery with mixed media elements including having to sew individual tassel pieces and doll hair sections down by hand. Inspired by the Ragdoll cat breed and of course the one and only Dolly Parton. I hope you find her as wonderfully silly as I do - this was a lot of fun to make 😄

Just finished this cutie for the upcoming Salem Cat Museum exhibit! I was inspired by the breed name of bobtail to do a roaring 20s style outfit since they flappers were famous for their short bob hairstyles. 🎶

Just finished this cutie for an upcoming cat themed art show. I thought it would be a fun alternative to purrmaids or pirates. Hand painted, hand embroidered with appliqué and felt elements.

A delightful commission finally completed. The face was hand embroidered separately on felt then attached to the piece. The bread, wine, cigarette and cheese are all stumpwork and the scarf is crocheted. Hope you enjoy! 🥖🧀💕

Finished this for someone this week! All hand embroidered with mixed media elements and a small bit of felt appliqué. His sleeve was especially fun to make ✨

Made myself some silly Derby Day earrings. These were kind of rushed and it’s my first time doing horses but still happy with the result. Hope you enjoy!
