Please help
I had a baby a year ago and have really neglected myself. My partner took this pic of my hair today and I am embarrassed by how bad my hair looks. I will be booking a hairdresser appointment next week.
I haven’t had my hair dyed in years, when I last had it dyed it was a permanent dark brown, so I’m unsure as to why the lengths look so light.
Please could I get some advice on how much I should get cut off? I hate getting my hair cut and would ideally like to keep as much length as possible. But understand it’s not in great condition.
Additionally, I’d love some recommendations on treatments/masks I can do at home. That aren’t too expensive. I am in the UK.
