I love the rhode jelly stickers! 💚🧡
They add such a fun pop of color to my little desk mirror. ✨

I love the Lanolips formula. I had been using plain lanolin before I found Lanolips, so I love getting the lanolin benefits with fun scents. (Banana Cream Pie is one of my favorites. The scent is incredible! 🍌)
My only complaint is the full-size applicator. I first tried the formula in a mini set and loved it so I upgraded to the full size.
I know it’s a really thick formula so it needs a larger opening, but I feel like the opening is too large. It dispenses more product than I need, and because there’s not much flat surface around the opening, it sometimes catches on my lips instead of gliding smoothly.
The mini tubes don’t have this issue for me. They still dispense the thick formula just fine, but they’re much easier to control and spread evenly.
I attached a comparison photo because I realized the difference is more noticeable than I thought. Am I the only one who feels this way?
I feel like I never see anyone talk about this balm, so I wanted to give it some love!
I recently picked up the Jones Road Lip Recharge Glossy Treatment Balm in three shades. On The Rocks, Pink Lilac, and Petal. I honestly wasn’t expecting this to become one of my favorites, but I’m really impressed.
They are not super pigmented but I like a more sheer glossy balm. Pink Lilac and Petal are very similar color-wise on my lips but Pink Lilac has the glitter. The glitter is very fine and doesn’t add to any noticeable gritty texture issues when I wear it. It’s a very smooth formula whether you get the glitter or not.
My go-to night balm has been the Rhode Peptide Lip Boost in Sugarmint. The other night I left my Rhode downstairs and I was too exhausted to go grab it so I decided to go for the Jones Road instead. I used the clear shade On The Rocks. It has a very similar scent profile to Rhode Sugarmint as well. I like a minty lip balm before bed because I associate the mint with brushing my teeth and bedtime. The Jones Road is a thinner formula than the Rhode Lip Boost, but it feels super comfortable and moisturizing. It has a metal applicator similar to Eadem Le Chouchou, which feels so cooling and nice, but this formula isn’t exfoliating like Eadem so I think it’s a little more versatile and easy to grab when my lips don’t need exfoliation.
Honestly, I didn’t have high hopes for long-lasting nighttime coverage but I used it anyway. And oh my god… when I woke up about 8 hours later, I could STILL feel it on my lips. There was even a little bit of gloss left. It absolutely kept my lips hydrated all night. I was beyond impressed. (Still love my Rhode Lip Boost of course, this one just really surprised me!)
Overall, I feel like this one is kind of underrated and I wanted to share my experience because I’m surprised I don’t see more people talking about it 🩷
Random question because I’m curious how everyone else does this:
For your staple lip products that you use all the time, do you buy multiples so you can keep one in your purse/on-the-go bag and one at home? Or do you just have one tube that travels around with you everywhere?
One of my favorite products right now is Eadem’s Butter Mochi. I got the trio set to test the formula out and ended up ended up upgrading to the full size because I loved it so much! I’ve been keeping my mini Butter Mochi in my purse and my full size in a little organizer on my nightstand for easy grabbing when I’m home.
My mini is getting close to empty and now I’m debating whether I should get another full size to keep in my purse too, or just carry my one full size around and move it back and forth.
I’m curious how you guys organize your lip balms. Do you have designated “home lippies” vs “going out lippies,” or is it just one (or a few 😅) emotional support lip balms that follow you everywhere? Please share with me! I’m so curious! 🩷
This is a Blunt phone case with the Rhode magsafe snap-on holder in Pretzel. I thought the color match was PERFECT for this case. And ofc I had to rep my Macadamia Butter lip tint! I’m obsessed with the smell of this one. It smells like a cookie! 🤎 (Still patiently waiting for my Colada and Bronze snap on holders. Ofc I got those in another order and they’re still glazing 😅)
I tried my best to color match to the snap on lip holders.
I think it’s mainly their smiles that look alike. They have a very similar smile to me.
Another comparison review! Thank you all for the kind comments and positive feedback on my Marin vs Rhode post 💙✨
I have been looking for a good alternative to Lemontini since (as of now, hopefully Rhode makes it permanent!) it’s limited edition.
I kept seeing TikToks recommending KNEMO as an alternative. I had to try it for myself.
Scent:
This is where the biggest difference is for me.
Rhode Lemontini smells stronger and brighter. The lemon has a punchy, sour quality that reminds me of lemon candy or a lemon drop. It’s refreshing, juicy, and honestly pretty addictive. (I’ve been searching for a perfume that smells like it cause I love it so much!)
KNEMO Lemon Custard leans much more into the dessert side. I still get lemon, but it’s softer and mixed with a creamy frosting or buttercream note. The lemon isn’t as sharp or sour as Lemontini. Instead, it smells more like lemon cake, lemon frosting, or a lemon custard dessert.
If you’re looking for a true scent dupe, I personally don’t think this is it. They definitely live in the same lemon-dessert family, but they’re different interpretations.
Formula:
Both are glossy and comfortable on the lips.
KNEMO feels nice and moisturizing, especially considering the price I paid for it. I haven’t had enough wear time yet to fully compare longevity, but first impressions are positive.
The glitter is also more noticeable texturally than Rhode’s. Rhode does glitter seamlessly and feels just as smooth as their non-shimmer lip tints, whereas I can feel the sparkle particles a bit more in KNEMO.
Shimmer:
This was another noticeable difference.
Rhode Lemomtini has a finer golden shimmer that looks more subtle and evenly dispersed.
KNEMO Lemon Custard has larger sparkle particles that create a more obvious glittery effect. The color is also much lighter. Lemontini leans more yellow-gold, while KNEMO has a paler champagne-gold shimmer with a more reflective, sparkly finish.
It’s still pretty, but it gives more of a sparkly frosting look compared to Rhode’s softer glow.
(Swatches attached for comparison.)
Overall:
If I had to choose based on scent alone, Rhode Lemontini wins for me. 🍋
I love that punchy lemon-candy scent, and it’s exactly what I wanted from a lemon lip treatment.
That said, I still think KNEMO Lemon Custard smells good. It’s just different than I expected. Instead of lemon candy, think lemon buttercream, lemon cake, or lemon custard.
Both look very similar and beautiful on the lips. Depending on your skin tone, the difference in the gold might show up slightly different. On my lips, the difference is very subtle.
My final verdict: Not a dupe, but definitely cousins.
And for the $5.79 I paid with TikTok Shop coupons, I’m happy I picked it up. 😅
Love the snap on magsafe holder! I thought the pretzel holder went so well with this case. And ofc I had to rep the scented ribbon! I love this lip tint! Wish the scented were permanent! 🎀
Don’t fall for it! If you see this and you bought the other listing, please cancel! The barcode is a dead giveaway.
Don’t fall for it! One was already sold. The barcode is a dead giveaway!
Hi! I would love some second opinions on these Rhode lippies I bought on Mercari. I tried to do my research beforehand, but I’m second guessing myself a bit. One is the Cinnamon Roll tint and the other is Peppermint Glaze.
I included photos of the packaging, ingredients, tube printing, barcodes, and box interiors. Nothing immediately seems off to me aside from the shea butter text near the barcode, but I’ve only recently been getting into Rhode and I think some older packaging may have had that text?
I just wanted some second opinions before the return window closes. Do these look legit to you guys?
I just got my peptide lip boost two weeks ago and I’ve been using it every day! Of course I had to decorate her🩵
I do wish the lip boost fit in my Rhode magsafe holder though. I ended up finding this cute pearly lip holder on eBay for it instead. Now I can always have it with me on my phone!
