does anybody if the quota for the accor platinum to qatar gold has been filled?

i have a long trip planned where id reach platinum probably by late july and if i stayed in accor properties.

also does anybody know if you get the Qpoints and Qcredits when you status match? or will you have to work from 0 to get to qatar platinum
