We logged out at night 3 am and reached home by 4 am and they are asking us to log in at 12 pm tomorrow This is what happening in Deloitte usi with us, shifts of 12-15 hours Atleast 3 days a week is usual thing.
Facing Sleep deprived, stress and getting the rest of the hours are getting invested in searching for how to get rid of those dark circles and acne gifted by the stress of this job.
Also we are getting no night shift allowance, no over time allowance for extending the shift.
Only getting one day over time allowance for working from 2 pm to next day morning 6 am (during month ends)
