Hey yall how’s it going. I’ve been with ATT my entire life my never switched to any other company because I felt great with me with them. But as of right now, I just gotten my parents the new iPhone 17 pro max and I have the highest elite plan so it comes with unlimited talk and Text over at Mexico. First few days my mother was able to make calls over there, but then eventually since last week we are unable to make calls anymore but it’s just only on her phone. I was able to dial the phone number and call it went through we even tried different phone numbers and they all worked on my side but not hers. I triple checked all the settings and compared them to mine and I mean there’s literally nothing else I saw that wasn’t supposed to be turn off or on.

Contacted att support and after being on the phone for a hour they said their IT team will take a look and reach out Via email. I really hope it gets resolved cause worst case would be for her to get a new phone number and have to change all her accounts that are affiliated with the phone number to the new one. That or might have to leave ATT and see our options
