Anyone interested in a swap?

Apologies if this sort of post isn't allowed on the page. I got two Kodak Charmeras (key chain camera) for me and my gf but we both got this design. I know it's a long shot, but if there's anyone based in Taipei that has another of these in a different design (preferably green, silver or pink) and would be interested in a swap then let me know

Layers tool is basically useless

I have Snapseed on Android. Every time I use the layers tool, it crashes. Go to the app, clear the cache. Works for 2 seconds then crashes again. What's the point of adding features if they don't work properly? Honestly, preferred the pre-updated version

All of my photos are always blurry and grainy. How do I fix it?

Hello, can I get some advice? Before I begin, I'd like to apologize for any English mistakes!

I'm a beginner dog photographer, and I just bought my first camera. It's a second hand Canon r10 with the 18-150 mm, but it's still got the factory warranty, so I'm sure age isn't the issue. I'd also like to mention that I bought it from a very reputable store that inspects the products thoroughly before selling, so this is definitely a mistake on my part, I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong.

All of my photos aren't ever "truly in focus" as in the subjects never have "crisp" or sharp edges, and they have a lot of grain even in very low ISO. I'll attach zoomed in screenshots of two RAW photos that had ±500 ISO, and I'll also add the full pictures, also unedited. (yes this pictures are of a moving dog, but this also happens with still objects. This is just the ones I have on my phone right now 😩 ). When I look online at the beautiful, sharp pictures taken with the same camera and lens by other people, I'm so dumbfounded.

I'm really at my wits end, I feel so embarrassed, I don't know what to do. I looked up almost every tutorial on planet Earth, searched through the settings, and nothing makes it better. I'd also like to add that the more I zoom in, the worse it is. Photos taken at max zoom are basically unusable. Subjects that are ±2 meters away from me are kinda sharp, but the grain is the same, it just gets lost in the details. I'm scared that I wasted thousands on a lens that is not good for the photography that I'd like to do, I cannot afford a different one, I'd need to save up for two years at least.

I had a really old hand-me-down Nikon D5300 with the 18-105 mm, it was all sorts of banged up with a broken stabilizer and UV damage, but it never did this. I feel like I bought a really expensive downgrade with fast shutter speed, I'm so disappointed in myself. 😭 Thank you for your time and understanding!
