(Cross posting. Sorry) I have lived on the UES for the last 3 years and often see an older lady running on 2nd in nothing but a tank top and thong. This is not me trying to be weird or judgy but was wondering if anyone knows more about her because she seems quite interesting! Seems like she has lived up here for years and probably has some fun stories. Anyone know anything?
