Low load ureaplasma parvum with CPPS - anyone skip antibiotics and recover naturally?
Hey everyone, just got my urine PCR back positive for ureaplasma parvum at low microbial load.
My urologist wants to put me on a fluoroquinolone but given everything I’ve read in CPPS I’m hesitant.
Has anyone tested positive for ureaplasma parvum specifically at low load and chosen not to take antibiotics?
Did symptoms resolve naturally through PT, supplements, or lifestyle changes alone?
Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who went the non-antibiotic route and what happened.
