I ordered Whoop family pack directly from their website since beginning of this month and only the battery pack and sunglasses delivered.

For the main whoop bands, it’s been almost a month and the order is still waiting to be processed. Tried to email the customer service 4 times already and they just told me to wait.

Should I be worried? Can Whoop people here check what’s going on? I can provide my order number.

Anyone experience this kind of issue? A friend of mine also wait almost a month as well. Is this normal for whoop to do this?
