Small powder room update?

My small townhome’s first floor powder room has been the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. I hated the pedestal sink so I bought this beautiful Ariel vanity with marble countertop and added solid brass hardware. I had an idea in my head of adding wainscoting, crown moulding and some wallpaper and cam up with this design. It’s not the exact wallpaper of my choice but you get the picture. Vegas quotes have been insane but this has been the average price of a skim coat, paint, installation, ect. Thoughts? Or just paint it and add the rest of the brass pieces and call it a day.

Tesla to LC250

Hi! I have a 2026 Model Y premium that I’ve had for a year already. While I know there’s Tesla slander and besides the political dynamic, it’s been a great car for city life. To me, it just doesn’t feel like a car I want to own “forever” or run into the ground. EV’s are great but eventually these models will be worthless and with battery loss it means less miles over time on road trips or even every day driving.

I’ve been eyeing the new ‘27 Land Cruiser and love the small little updates like heated and cooling rear seats. I love Toyota, I love reliability. And it just got me thinking that this is a car that will stand the test of time. It could possibly well be the last car I ever buy. It’s $70k + so I’m kind of cringing at the possibility of buying something that expensive and on top of that, gas is still pricey right now. For those of you who purchase it, do you feel like the price of what it is justifies the quality of the car? The dealerships don’t seem to want to budge on negotiating and here in Vegas they’re always adding some dumb $1500 desert package. The dealership said they could order me one with premium package and with no dealer add ons. Any recommendations for pricing, incentives, or details about the car that I should know?

Help me choose please!

Hello! I’ve rode bikes my whole life but not anything fancy or road bike worthy, so I’m starting fresh into the world of cycling at 35. Yesterday I went to my local Vegas bike shop with an idea of what I wanted but I’d like your opinion for what would be the best to hold me over for as long as possible.

I came in to look at the Specialized Allez E5 comp but then with my 3k budget the associate said well, take a look at the Specialized Tarmac SL7 Sport (with a $600 discount in a color that’s not really my fav, blue with pink letters) THEN walking out the store I really liked the Orbea Orca M30 and he said that was comparable to the SL7 within that same price range.

** also I wouldn’t get the SL7 with that color just because of the discount but thoughts on SL7 in comparison in general.
