I’m a photographer and James Milner gave me my favorite photo
I was fortunate enough to photograph Liverpool at Notre Dame Stadium in a friendly match against Dortmund in the summer of 2019. This image was captured just before kickoff as Milner dumped a bottle of water on his head. It’s still one of my favorite photos I’ve ever taken.
Happy retirement, James. “Legend” hardly even covers it.
