Urdu Poetry Teacher

Does anyone know any experienced Urdu Poetry master in the town or even nearby?

I recently came to the country and want to continue my passion towards the Urdu literature but in offline mode.

Any help would be appreciated 🙏🏻

Ladies roaming in town centre with babies in prams

I'm new in the UK, and landed in Reading here in Feb this year to work.

Today, when I was in Reading Town centre returning home from work. A lady stopped me, she didn't look like a beggar or homeless or druggist (which I generally avoid) so I stopped thinking she'd need some genuine help.

She had a pram with two kids in it, one was around 5- 6 months old, the other was 2- 3 years.

She told me that she'd been kicked out of the apartment and didn't have any money left to feed the kids. She and her kids had good clothes so I thought they were real people.

She initially asked me for£ 50 to feed the babies but later told me that she needed another 50£ to get a shelter for the family.

My 6th sense was telling me that she was a scam but I eventually ended up giving her 100£.

Yeah, I could've offered her to buy food instead of giving cash but I just thought what if she is in real need?

BUT, just to recheck I went back to the same place (In front of Oracle Reading near Pret in the Reading Town centre) and saw that she was talking to some other people as well.

Are these scammers roaming in the city to get money by showing their kid faces? Or just this was a real case?

To be honest, I don't really care about money but I want to help needy people not scammers.

I'm asking this not because I'm sad about losing money, but because if those were scammers this will make me think twice next time I meet someone, and this scares me because what if I meet someone who's in real need and I ignore them because of such people and incidents?
