Cat suddenly having tummy troubles

Hello! My cat has just turned one, so my partner and I are transitioning him onto adult wet food. He is an indoor cat, and has no health problems since we got him, nor do his parents or littermates. We had loads of his kitten food left (Sheba kitten) so we’ve very very slowly been moving him onto Purina one. We started the process over a month ago like you’re suppose to (a quarter for a week and so on) and he’s been having a between a half to three quarters of the Purina to the Sheba for the last week and a half since we have so much left over.

Last night he got some poop stuck to his fur, he’s a longhair so not too unusual, but this morning he started scooting his butt against the floor leaving a little trail which he has never done before. He had quite a lot of poop in his fluff and over the floor and it was a mess. He also did this scooting again but a lot less later in the day. His poop in his litter box hasn’t been loose, but it’s obviously a bit loose to be getting all over his butt. He’s also been hiding under the bed since his shower this morning, he does like to sleep under there, but not so much. There’s been no vomiting and he’s been interested in food and treats. Behaviour wise, he’s been more sleepy than usual, and a bit less vocal than he usually is. Is this something to worry about, or that we’re doing wrong with his food?
