Echospace - Sonorous [MIDEM CD] (CDr)

Already limited to only 50 copies & scarce on the marketplace, what makes this physical release particularly distinctive are the two, exclusive remixes that have yet to be released in ANY other format!

Is anyone else here dissapointed with the way Rockbox behaves on older ipod models?

I recently downloaded Rockbox 4.0 on my Ipod Nano 1st Gen 4GB for the sole purpose of being able to see the album covers displayed larger, & while the installation was straightforward & presented no issues, the interactions with the OS itself is what quickly proved to be problematic. The actual functionality is simply appalling. I can not for the life of me get the Rockbox database to display music I imported with iTunes. It doesn't matter how often I delete the .tcd files & re-initialize/update the songs. It will either freeze up before completing the database, or seemingly appear to complete the process, only to show zero songs/albums/artists etc in the folders while attempting to access them. This is very frustrating, as I was previously able to listen to music on Rockbox after I installed it. The problem only showed up once I decided to wipe all the music off my device & replace them with a different library.

Does this problem ever frequently occur with users on other devices? Otherwise, I am just going to uninstall this program. Apple's OS isn't a fraction as infuriating as this.

The B.keeper Syndrome - Untitled #1 [KY_D07] (2005)

Despite being an obscure one & done release by an unknown artist, this track nonetheless incapsulates some of the best free dub techno released in the mid 2000s

Which default, lossy VBR format is the best choice to download from the Bandcamp store?

Greetings,

I am currently building a lossy digital library for my iPod nano 7th generation, & I am having trouble with deciding which format I should download from my Bandcamp purchase library to add to my device. The two I am eyeing the most are AAC VBR mode 4 & MP3 V0. I understand that the AAC files are generally smaller than the MP3 which makes them more convenient for storage, but what currently stumps me the most is whether or not it sounds the same as the latter. At mode 4, the average bit rate is significantly lower than the V0, with most of my songs in this format ranging approximately between 120-200 kbs. Whereas the MP3 V0, while somewhat bigger in size, sounds transparent to 16-bit FLAC, which is very ideal. My two main questions are, if AAC does sound worse, how negligible is the difference? And if it is significant, is it still worth sacrificing storage for my 16GB iPod just to have the better audio?

Kind regards

Ohrwert - Transition Sphere [cism_8] (2009)

This nearly 20 minute long oddysey takes you on an immersive trip from start to finish, and when the ambient dub introduction seamlessly morphs into a tune that is fully techno, it will blow your mind!

Does anyone here know of any ways to contact staff of scnlog.me forum for assistance regarding my account getting stuck in verification limbo?

Greetings,

Yesterday, I created an account on the forum of a reputable warez site called scnlog, only to find out that I can't verify my account via Gmail in order to post on their board. It seems as if no matter how often I resend a confirmation email, the site isn't sending me them to my inbox, as in they don't show up anywhere, not even in my spam or trash folder. I then approached the site's official contact form in an attempt to communicate with the staff of this technical error, with about the same luck I had beforehand. A message that said "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later." upon every time I clicked the "send" button. So there is clearly no other obvious way I know of to notify the staff of this site for assistance. Anyone reading this who has a solution to help me out, please do! I would very much appreciate it! I really, really want to participate on this forum in particular!

Does anyone here have Remastered CDr reissues by Mr. Cloudy that they are willing to sell?

Greetings,

I have been trying to obtain copies of both remastered versions of Mr. Cloudy's Different Lives & Increase for a while now, but judging by the sale history over on Discogs, it seems that these CDr releases are quite scarce to come across. The WEB remasters are unavailable to purchase through Entropy's bandcamp, so I have resorted to this subreddit to see if anyone on here has them & is willing to sell to a U.S customer for a fair price. Please DM me or leave a comment below if you are interested.
