I’m a small handmade jewellery business owner and I don’t know how to scale it.

I started my business about 4 years ago and I handmake every piece of jewellery I sell by myself. I have an Instagram account and my own website via which I sell. I make just about enough profit to pay my rent and bills and a little bit of savings.

However, I have no idea how to make this business sustainable and scale it to a point where I don’t have to worry about my retirement fund. I’m essentially more of am artist and less of a business owner. I don’t want to get into reselling since I enjoy making my own designs. Any advice on how to improve and scale my production or better my business practices? Any help would be much appreciated 🫶🏻

Started making armcuffs a few months ago, these are my favourites (:

The bigger ones take me around 3-4 hours to make but I love them! Any suggestions or feedback so I can get better is appreciated 🫶🏻

I started making armcuffs recently and these are few of my favourites that I’ve made yet! I wish more people in India start wearing these 😋🫶🏻
