So I was 99% sure I killed my fittonia but I was feeling optimistic so I watered it copiously to see if any of it was salvageable and these tiny little sprouts started coming up. Could they be baby fittonia sprouts?? Or just something random that was in the soil? They're popping up all over the pot so it's not just one or two.

Located in Chicago but I bought this guy at a Trader Joe's and he's never lived outside or anything, so not sure how relevant that is!
