Framework investigates reports that BIOS update broke Ryzen 7040 motherboards
It looks like Framework is finally addressing these issues. Hopefully their support will follow through in making things right for those affected.
I'm very happy to see that they're looking into developing an emergency BIOS flashback mode to prevent this in the future.
