Criminal. I sold a World Cup ticket through StubHub; the buyer canceled, but SH told me it was no fault of my own so to transfer the ticket to shmobilereturns and I would still receive my payment. Received an email confirmation from SH that my ticket transfer was received. Countless hours spent on SH customer support, and multiple agents giving me the run-around but still telling me my payment would be made by June 17.................. still have not been paid. I have followed every direction they gave me, and reached out to support when I didn't know what to do, but customer support continues to try and make this my error somehow, claiming that they can't verify I transfered my ticket because I didn't take a screenshot of the transfer -- which was NOT included in any instructions, but again, I received an email from SH confirming my transfer. My entire issue should have centralized documentation so that I don't have to start from scratch every single time I attempt reconciling. What an absolute failure of service and I will sue StubHub if I have to to get the money I am owed.
