To put into context. I’m basically a full timer and I cover all frozen deliveries on nights and they throw someone else on it whenever I’m off.. it’s a shambles when I come back from my nights off to find it destroyed by the person who worked it before. How many people currently work the department at your store or do they just throw any bill and ben on it to get it worked?😭😭
