I fell in love with this woven scarf, can this weave structure be replicated on a rigid heddle loom ?

Sorry if this is a silly question, I’m a new weaver who has only done color-and-weave on a RH loom so far.

What’s the name of this type of weave ? Can this be done on a rigid heddle loom, with pickup sticks maybe ?
