The Scarecrow for u/GMAN095. I took a lot of liberties with the outfit and face. I hope it captures what you had in mind

The character is for a DnD campaign I’ll be participating in soon.
The characters backstory is that she was a scarecrow in a farm town that got attacked by a necromancer. A stray necromancy spell brought her to life and turned her into what she thought was a human. However she is missing an eye and still has a button where it should be. She starts to wander the countryside in search of crops to protect but the farmers keep getting scared of her. That’s when she eventually finds a tavern where she meets the rest of the party and where the campaign will pick up.

The necromancer’s magic still courses through her straw stuffing. The necromancer acts as the patron although he has no idea she exists. Her goal, while naive, is to find said necromancer and have him turn her into a full fledged human.

I don’t have a name picked out yet but the image attached is how I want the outfit to look. She will have a woman’s face but will have one eye replaced with a button. As far as other facial features are concerned, you can take creative liberties. She will use a sickle like in the image and her magic will be look like gray and green gas, similar to scarecrow from Batman.

Introduction:

Lonan Widowknife is a woman cut off from her homeland of Sarkoris; in leaving the faith she was adopted into, she is finding her own power. She is an exemplar, a heroic warrior granted a divine spark, enabling her to perform incredible feats with the ikons she carries. (Think like, the pelt of the Nemean lion, Achilles' heel, and Excalibur; grand objects and traits that empower those who carry them-if sometimes, at terrible cost)

Lonan grew up in Mendev, a crusading nation built to the east of Sarkoris-a realm once torn asunder by a terrible rift to a demonic abyss. She was raised to question and look for sin and corruption everywhere-and only now is she developing the confidence to find her self-worth as she seeks to restore the reputation of her mother, besmirched by the church of Mendev's patron goddess Iomedae. She is an awkward woman, but carries a good heart.

Physical appearance / Gear:

Lonan was 13 when the rift to the demonic abyss was sealed, but spent most of her life until recently training to be a holy warrior of Iomedae; despite this, she has always had a lanky, wiry build. As a ganzi, she has short downy feathers framing her face and arms, with bird-like texturing around her feet and hands (think raptor!) and a looong lizard-like tail, with feathers and fluff that are opalescent, like an oil slick. Because of how close she grew up to the abyssal rift, she also has a set of horns peeking out from her messy, feather-black hair, and olive/brown skin. Mismatched eyes, etc.
The big things I couldn't show with the ref:

• She's got very long legs.
• Usually looks a bit unsure or awkward. Despite this, there is a sense of determination that's taken root in her since she first became an exemplar.
• Please do not lighten her skin.

Lonan wears medium armor with an old hand-me-down breastplate and a padded red armor jack, reinforced hide and fur bracers, a demon skull pauldron, and a farmer's scythe that seems to have a pale gleam at the blade's edge. It is not a hungry weapon-but a tool yearning to mend the land and reflects her own journey of healing (This is also another of her ikons despite its humble appearance)

Personality:

Lonan has grown up in the temple of a goddess of justice and the smiting of evil. In Mendev, this was taken to terrible extremes, including witch hunts and an inquisition that often targeted the refugees of Sarkoris for practicing the beliefs of their homeland. Her country does not wish to save Sarkoris-only to defeat evil. She internalized this dogma and found herself often worrying for the state of her soul and jumping at shadows. For many years, she has used her faith as a cudgel to beat herself down into the shape of someone palatable for Mendev's crusaders. It is a difficult habit for her to leave behind, and hers is a journey of healing, for her and for her homeland hopefully. She's a very awkward gal in conversation, and in combat there's a certainty of her success borne from years of instruction. She did not have many people she was comfortable speaking with, growing up in the temple.

Background:

A sarkorian girl whose mother was a refugee who joined the 5th crusade in hopes of displacing the demonic invaders-but, her and her unit were corrupted/possessed by the forces of the abyss. Ultimately, they had to be put down, and my gal was orphaned and put into the care of the local temple to Iomedae.

Officially, the death of her mother's unit was another tragedy of the wickedness of the abyss; there were plenty of big names who would offhandedly blame her mother and her 'sarkorian witchcraft' and so on, implying it was her mother's fault.

She learned a lot of shame about herself and where she came from that's hurt her very badly over the years-it's only since she's left Mendev and joined the reclaimers she began questioning how she was mistreated, and how her mother was horribly maligned by the crusades leadership.

It was only by casting off a faith that had never nurtured her and only hurt her that she was able to find herself.

A friend of mine roughly sketched out The Entity - a creature in the Legends in the Mist game we are playing.

They are unsettling to look at, instilling fear and dread to those who gaze upon it. Their body is textured somewhere between skin and bark, their head almost skull-like with empty eye sockets. Rows of gnashing, gnawing teeth line some of their limbs.

They also have the ability to consume humans and upon eating their brains, absorb their memories and can assume their appearance, blending in amongst humans.

The Entity used to be a wild and animalistic being, but after hiding amongst humanity, is beginning to develop some humanity themselves. They are attempting to make friends, form relationships, and selectively hunt so that only those who deserve it are consumed.

Looking for a Jester type Rogue with the inspiration being the Jester from that one Tiktok post but less edgy.

In my head he has one of those comically big jester hats, and being a jester, I feel as he'd have some pretty wild clothing but I also can't help but want to include belts and straps that a Rogue were to have. A mismatch of formal and jester wear. A vest over your typical jester garb. He does however stick to a color scheme of red, black, white, and blue. I don't think he'd have a mask however as he's one to show off his smile.

I also imagine him to have a face that resembles Tom Henson's or a face that's rather androgynous with the typical jester make up, but a little smudged around the eyes to show that he's be out and about sweating here and there carrying out assassinations or other tasks.

Character for a Crooked Moon campaign.

She woke up in Druskenvald (afterlife demiplane and setting of the campaign) as a graveborn (basically a ghoul) with no memories of her previous life, but with a great desire to make people laugh. Except... she happens to look super scary. She's gotten a following among people who think she’s doing creepy clowning on purpose (she's not) and that horror is an intentional part of her act (it isn't).

Her performances involve a good deal of contortionism. She is blind in her right eye, and has a drakkonite (magical ice-like mineral used for weapons and armor in the graveborn's native province) rapier.

**Background**

So idea came to me because of this lioness the media was eating up for a while, but here’s my idea for a story I’m working on. Brigh here is a sun-powered demigoddess with a chip on her shoulder, for good reason. She’s confident, powerful, and usually unchallenged, so used to getting her way. She has an intense rivalry with a neighboring kingdom, which is where her cunning and cold calculations come into play, but indulges in simple pleasures when no one is looking, such as fine wines, exquisite cutlets, and oil infused baths, where word is, she SECRETLY self grooms her shoulders and arms still! Scandalous!

Directions

Slide 1 I used Ms Pretty Lioness as general base, for her fur coloring and eye color, as well as dark “eye liner” and lashes. Slay queen!

Slide 2 is her general outfit. I was thinking simple white on white fur! Brigh’s outfit can be a touch more modest, as in not as transparent or having a slightly longer skirt. I dunno, when I see her in my mind, I see Ancient Greece like clothing!

Slide 3 is her hair shape, though not color. I’d have it be a very pale blonde.

Slide 4, Elma has her eye shape, including the dark eye liner, but missing the pretty lashes from slide 1’s lioness

Slide 5 is the general face shape I’d like her to have. Not a big chin like Elma, but perhaps make it a touch fuzzy so it gives a hint of slide 1’s lioness.

So! All that put together, plus a confident one arm on the hip open stance, other down, but bending upwards at her elbow, hand palm up, three fingers half raised, glowing with her solar energy,
