Doctors appointment left me feeling lower than before

I'm stuck in some of the worst pain I've had since even before my diagnosis. No trigger, no warning, just mostly stuck led down as it's the most comfortable position.

So I spoke to my doctor about it, since my normal daily meds weren't enough for this pain, hoping to get something prn to see me through.

Instead I got the good old "your pain isn't causing your depression, your depression is causing your pain", cut out all sugar from my diet, advised therapy (which hasn't helped in the past!!) and a very reluctant temporary increase of my gabapentin at night... Except I'm in pain all day and can't sit up to work. Incidentally, the increase isn't helping anyway.

I'm so tired of this. Once again being told that I'm fat and depressed and I should just lose weight and talk about it and it'll make everything magically go away is exhausting. I'm in pain. It's not fair.
