Avocado toast is one of the cheapest and GOAT breakfasts

Well if millenials would stop buying avocado toast they could afford[...]

BULLSHIT.

Avocado toast is cheap. Even if you're eating out, it's going to be one of your cheapest options.

It's nutritionally S-tier: high in fibre, high in good fats, Vitamin K, folates.

Requires no dishes, minimal preparation. Cut an avocado, toast bread. You're set. Eat it on the go.

High fiber and fats - this will keep you sated for a while.

Who are its competitors in contemporary [American] breakfast? Cereal? Eggs? Please.

All the hate on avocado toast is from boomers who have never eaten it in their life and are scared of anything new.

Protein does not need to be in pasta

You're not making protein better, you're making pasta worse.

Stop it. If you want protein eat a fucking meatball.

Exercise is the majority of weight loss

Conventional wisdom says that diet is 90% of weight loss. This is wishful thinking.

Weight loss from restricting your diet is necessary, but the minimum has a very real floor: your base metabolic rate. Consume less calories than that, and your body adjusts your BMR, so you lose less weight.

So why does exercise help? In addition to burning calories beyond what dieting alone can do, it increases your metabolic rate.

Additionally it gives endorphins, and you feel better, so dont rely on food to give you a source of pleasure.

A proper exercise program for weight loss - one that eases you in so you dont burn out, gives you goals to see progress, gives you just enough soreness to feel your progress every day -- is as essential for proper health as it is for weight loss.

Diet is needed, sure. I'm not saying you can ignore it. But if you focus on that alone, you will likely fail.
